Refund Policy

1. No Refund After Completion

Once an order is marked as completed, it is non-refundable.

2. Technical Errors

Refunds will only be considered if there is a clear technical issue caused by our system (such as non-delivery or duplicate charges).

3. Undelivered Orders

If an order cannot be fulfilled, the amount will be refunded to your Rosgay SMM account balance (not to the original payment method).

4. Partial Delivery

If an order is partially completed and cannot be finished, a proportional refund will be credited to your account balance.

5.Chargebacks & Disputes

Any payment dispute or chargeback without contacting support first will result in immediate account suspension.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed within 1–3 business days to your panel balance.
